Course Description
The Team Leader or Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard is for anyone who is in a first-line management role, with any operational and project responsibility or the responsibility of managing a team in delivering clearly defined outcomes and ensuring through direction, instructions, and guidance to ensure the achievement of goals.
The typical duration of this apprenticeship could be up to 18 months, depending on your existing knowledge, skills, and behaviour.
Within this Apprenticeship Standard, you will need to achieve –
- Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 2 (if you don’t already have Maths & English at Grade C or above)
- Complete a portfolio of evidence – this will contain typically around 20 pieces of evidence, which will be used within your EPA.
- End point assessment which consists of 2 assessments of your Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviour, the first being a presentation with questions and answers, the topic is selected by the EPAO after entering Gateway. The second assessment is a professional discussion based on your Portfolio of Evidence.
